Annual Clean Up Day
Get rid of your old furniture and electronics that clutter your house.
Volunteers needed for: medication & needle collection, electronics, kitchen help for breakfast and lunch, unloading vehicles, and check-in table.
Location: 1322 N. Hillside Ave.
Date & Time: Last Saturday in April from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
St. Patrick's Day Parade
A fun event for everyone. For more information, keep an eye on the website and calendar.
Volunteers needed for: check-in, lineup, and block captains.

Memorial Day Ceremony
Held on Saturday before Memorial Day at 10:00 AM at City Hall.
Do you know a veteran who would like to share their story? Whose name needs to be on the West Peoria veteran's wall? Help us celebrate all who has served.

4th of July Parade
Always held on the 4th of July, rain or shine. Parade steps off at 10:00 AM.
This is our biggest event of the year, attracting thousands of spectators and nearly 100 participants from all over the County.
Volunteers needed for: check-in, lineup, number distribution, judges, and block captains.
Location: Rohmann Ave, Moss Ave, Waverly Ave & Sterling Ave.

Labor Day Parade
One of the newest parades in West Peoria. Held on Labor Day on Farmington Rd. at 11:00 AM. Celebrate all the hard-working men and women.

Night Out Against Crime
Thousands of communities come together to get to know their neighbors and stand up against crime. Keep an eye on our website for an August date.
Volunteers needed for: snow cone machine, hotdogs, & games.
Location: West Peoria City Hall
Date & Time: TBD from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Trunk n Treat
A safe alternative for all ages. Sign up to be one of the cars passing out candy while you get to know others in the community.
Location: Barker Ave & Sterling Ave Parkinglot
Date & Time: Halloween at 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Annual Tree Lighting
Held on the Monday after Thanksgiving at 6:00 PM at City Hall.
Start the holidays off with the annual tree lighting, cookies, sandwiches, and hot cocoa. Kids will have a chance to color pictures, write a letter to Santa, or give it to him in person.
