GRANTS

Description

The City of West Peoria seeks to redevelop, enhance and revitalize not only its main business corridors, Western Avenue, Farmington Road, and Sterling and Rohmann intersection but all the residential properties as well. In that hope, the City has developed grants to help residents and business owners pay for outside improvements.

All of the grants work on a first-come, first-served basis until all the money has been allocated.

Beginning May 1st of each year, you can apply for the grants listed below. Please read the application carefully to see what projects qualify.

TIF (Tax Increment Financing) Program

Neighborhood Safety Improvement Grant - Outside Security Camera with recording capability.
