The West Peoria Residents Association is sponsoring a “Holiday Lighting Contest”. Participation is easy! Decorate your residence, fill out the coupon below to enter your own residence (or another residence of friend/neighbor) and drop the coupon off at City Hall. Judging will be the week of December x and prizes will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place!
